I started m y stage 2 of the project and I started by
getting some recipes according to a rule I did to prevent impossible recipes.
(
•the recipe should be something simple
but interesting.
•if has specific ingredients with scientific name provide
: explanation , commercial name.
•provide an scientific explanation of what is happening )While
I was searching for the recipes I found out that the first and second course
are difficult to find while appetizers and dessert are really easy so I think
I may change what my initial idea was. No more writing 2 recipes each (2
appetizers, 2first course, 2second course, 2 desserts) but weighting the most
interesting recipes I can find.
The most difficult
recipes wore where I had too many chemicals that could be difficult o find. The
problem wasn’t the preparation but the ingredients. e.g.: Microwave Yogurt
Sponge Cake w/ Mango Cream Sauce and Fresh Fruit and Olive Oil Powder. this
recipe had too many ingredients that could have been a problem. Ultratex 3
was one of the ingredients but too difficult to find in a normal groceries
store in Italy.
The recipes I am aiming are simpler. e.g. Mozzarella
Balloon( the ingredients are mozzarella and basil sauce)
